How to disable workflow?

How to turn off workflow

1. Unpack a fresh Magnolia installation
2. Before you start it up (i.e. it must NOT be bootstrapped), remove the workflow modules jar file from all instances.
3. Start up tomcat
4. Reconfiguration:

• config: modules/adminInterface/commands/website
• delete this node or reconfigure the commands so that they don't start the workflow. Take the ../commands/default/activate node as an example
